Enjoy traditional yoga done with a flowing movement to allow full range of motion to your body while enjoying the benefits of classic postures.
Mondays 6:00-7:00PM
Yoga with Attitude
Core Yoga uses basic yoga poses as well as core exercises to help strengthen your core and give you a great all over body stretch.
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30PM
Saturdays 8:00-9:00AM

Mobilization and Stretch Class
Saturdays 9:30- 10:30AM
A Stretch and Movement Class blends the principle movements of CrossFit with Dynamic and static stretching in a safe and controlled manner. It is designed to give the body time to rest or rehabilitate. This class is for those looking to improve flexibility as well as precondition for I Am CrossFit.
