Dr. Kyle Morrison began his
studies at McMaster University where he completed his Bachelors of Science
degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Biochemistry. In 2002, he attended the
Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON for 4 years,
successfully earning his diploma in Naturopathic Medicine.
As part of his training at
CCNM, Dr. Morrison completed a two-year internship program at the Robert Schad
Naturopathic Clinic in Toronto as well as a term at the Parkdale Community
Health Centre. Dr. Morrison was also a
member of the Naturopathic Sports Medicine team, providing naturopathic care to
athletes at different events in and around the greater Toronto area.
Dr. Morrison works in a
Multidisciplinary clinic treating people of all ages for concerns that are both
acute and chronic in nature. He has had experience in treating digestive
concerns, skin disorders, hormonal imbalances, musculoskeletal
disorders/injuries, Women’s health and weight management. Special interests
include digestive concerns, sports medicine and endocrine disorders, including
diabetes, hypothyroidism and adrenal dysfunction/fatigue.
Dr. Morrison is a firm
believer in a patient centered approach to health and strongly encourages the
patient to take an active role in their health care. Dr. Morrison also believes in working
together with other health care practitioners to ensure the best health care
possible. Dr. Morrison is a member of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association,
the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and is board certified in
Acupuncture.
