Shantelle and Samantha - Yoga


8 Week Yoga Flow Series

The word "vinyasa" can be translated as "position arrangement or movement" like yoga poses for example. In vinyasa or flow yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.

Join us Friday night's to strengthen, stretch and breathe to some fun music, and week-to-week, notice a change in how each pose feels in your own body.

All levels, even beginners are welcome!!

Where: Back to Back Chiropractic, in the gym (back entrance)

When: April 13 - June 1, every Friday evening @ 5:45 pm - 6:45pm

Cost: 8 classes for $80.00

Saturday Yoga Drop-In Now Available

Where: Back to Back Chiropractic, in the gym (back entrance)

When: Saturday mornings 8am - 9am

What: This gentle yoga, with gentle flows is perfect for beginners or for people who have been practicing for years. Stretch and strengthen your body and calm the mind.
